  • How much is the deposit?
    Reservations deposit rate is $500.(NON-REFUNDABLE)
  • When is my balance due?
    The balance due for rental of the FACILITY must be paid in full 14 calendar days before the event. If your event is in 2 week time frame, the full site fee is due.
  • Do you offer payment arrangements?
    Scheduled payments may be arranged with Event Hall @ Cascade If reservation balance is paid 14 days before event, the remaining balance will incur a $125 service charge. There is a $25 additional fee for payment arrangements.
  • What is the refund/cancellation policy?
    The Refund policy for cancellations is as follows: A RESERVATION is cancelled when notice is given as a signed, written document and submitted in person. Cancellation: Deposits and rental hall fees are non-refundable You are allowed 1 date change within 60 days of your original event date. If for any reason your date can not be scheduled within 60 days, the client has to pay $250 to reserve another date.
  • What is the venue capacity?
    Our Cascade facility is comfortably 1800 square feet. It’s official capacity is 150 standing and 48-100 seated, depending on layout.
  • What does the reservation come with?
    Your reservation comes with 12 tables that are 6 and 8 feet long, Round Tables, Bistro Tables, your choice of Cream, Champagne, or Black linens, 100 chairs, Wi-Fi and Cable TV service.
  • What is the hour minimum for bookings?
    The shortest reservation is 5 hours (daytime only).
  • Can I bring my own food?
    We do allow outside food and beverage to be brought into the facility. We also have all inclusive packages, feel free to inquire about those as well for a stress free planning.
  • Can I bring my own alcohol?
    You may also bring your own alcohol but, there is a of charge $150 for 4 hours for a bartender. Fulton County will not allow you to sell it though. If alcohol is being served, WE will hire an off duty officer. Effective immediately, all parties where alcohol is being served will require an off duty officer at $30 per hour. We will hire the officer. No exceptions.
  • What amenities are included with my reservation?
    Your convenience is provided by free parking, a kitchenette (no stove), custom bar, 2 bathrooms and location, location! location!!
  • What types of events are good to host at Event Hall @ Cascade
    Many types of events have been hosted here including, small child birthday parties, business seminars, parties, repasts, parties, funerals, parties, weddings and some very good parties.
  • Can I host a teen party at Event Hall @ Cascade?
    Teen parties are permitted but depending upon size, 2 or more security officers must be utilize
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We are able to accept cash, credit cards and cashier’s checks. No personal checks.
  • When are reservations complete?
    Make your reservations without hesitation. The first complete reservation gets priority. Your reservation is complete when you pay the reservation and security deposits and sign a contract for your date and time.
